Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Kaleidicloud and its rooms. It works together with the Terms of Use and the Content Policy. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, and — for serious or repeated violations — listing on the Public Blacklist.

You may not

• Post content that violates the Content Policy (nudity, sexual content, profanity, hate, threats, occult services, illegal drugs, and similar categories described there).
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, dox, or bully any person.
• Impersonate any person, organization, or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to defraud users through fake needs, fake offerings, fake projects, fake bids, or fake reviews.
• Use the Services to run pyramid schemes, MLM recruiting spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any spam.
• Sell or promote illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances (outside lawful pharmacy contexts), stolen goods, or counterfeit items.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security, moderation, rate-limits, or intended operation of the Services (including scraping, credential-stuffing, bot signups, and reverse engineering).
• Access another user’s account or data without permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm the platform or its users.
• Use the Services to train a competing AI model on other users’ content.

Reporting abuse

If you see something that violates this policy, report it by emailing kaleidicloud@gmail.com. Include links, screenshots, and enough context to investigate. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Enforcement

We may take action without prior notice when we believe it is necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties. Publicly-visible enforcement (such as blacklist entries) will describe the reason for the removal so the community can understand it.
