Content on Kaleidicloud — including profiles, posts, project pages, AI-generated text, and messages between users — is not legal, medical, financial, tax, counseling, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information you find here.

User content

We do not endorse and are not responsible for content posted by users. Views expressed on the platform are those of the individual users, not Holy LLC.

AI-generated content

Kaleidicloud uses AI (currently via OpenAI, through our own account) for features like matchmaking, profile summaries, project drafting, and the create wizard. AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or misleading. Review AI-generated content before publishing, sending, or acting on it. Do not rely on AI outputs for legally-significant decisions.

Third-party services

The Services rely on and link to third-party services (Stripe, Supabase / Lovable Cloud, OpenAI, OAuth sign-in providers, email delivery, and others). Holy LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or terms.

Bookings, quotes, and transactions between users

Kaleidicloud helps users find each other and communicate; it is not a party to contracts formed between users. You are responsible for verifying the identity, skills, and qualifications of anyone you engage with through the Services.

The Brick Box Studio

The Brick Box Studio: Kingdom Connection is a Christian-oriented room within Kaleidicloud. Statements of belief, ministry offerings, and needs posted there are the responsibility of the individual providers, not Holy LLC. Providers must affirm the confession posted in the join flow; that affirmation is between the provider and God, and it is not an endorsement by Holy LLC of any individual provider’s doctrinal soundness.

Goldensounds

Music, lyrics, and cover art posted on Goldensounds are the work of the artists who upload them, subject to the Content Policy.

Limitation of liability

Any limitations of liability described in the Terms of Use apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
