DMCA / Copyright Policy
Effective July 9, 2026
Holy LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects Kaleidicloud users to do the same. If you believe content on Kaleidicloud infringes a copyright you own or control, you can send us a takedown notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Takedown notice
Send your notice by email to our designated agent at kaleidicloud@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL(s) on Kaleidicloud where the infringing material is located, in enough detail for us to find it.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to post it, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or where Holy LLC is located, if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers
Consistent with the DMCA, we terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
